Karen Braich graduated from the American University of Paris with a BA in Psychology. She has experience working with students of all ages and cultures and is passionate about helping students reach their potential and acheive their highest goals. Karen is responsible for training and supporting a team of qualified coaches, scheduling, monitoring student progress & program quality, and meeting with parents to discuss student goals.

Mike Bower

Mike Bower, Lead Tutor, received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and is a former credentialed teacher. Mike has taught Algebra and Geometry at both Mount Madonna and Gilroy High Schools. In addition, Mike has been tutoring for over ten years and has been with Extreme Learning's Morgan Hill Center since 2003. Mike is responsible for overseeing and providing support to the tutoring staff, supervising Kids Night Out events, and tutoring students in high level math. He also leads our Home-school support group.
